Using the Service at cafés or stores for customer acquisition or marketing, providing it as an experiential content at event booths, festivals, or fairs, or offering it as part of customer service is all prohibited.

Additionally, use in connection with admission fees, participation fees, product purchases, or for promotion or marketing of companies, organizations, institutions, or brands is also considered commercial use.

All such uses constitute commercial use and are not permitted without the operator's prior written consent.

2-3. Permitted Use of Output

Avatar, caricature, and character images generated through this Service may be used for personal purposes only.

The following commercial uses are not permitted:

• Sale or resale of images
• Manufacture and sale of goods
• Use for advertising, promotion, or marketing
• Any use that generates revenue
• Upload to paid content or paid platforms
• Registration and sale of NFTs or digital assets

3. Intellectual Property

Design elements, graphic assets, layout, features, code, and other components of this site are the intellectual property of the operator. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, or modification is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of site content and systems
• Data collection using automated programs (bots, crawlers, etc.)
• Analysis, reverse engineering, or modification of site source code
• Creating similar or identical services using this Service
• Creating content that infringes on the rights of others

5. Advertising and Operation
